🗑️ Delete your account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time — directly in the app, no email required:
- Open The Creator Vocabulary.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
This permanently removes your profile, saved terms, collections, notes, and entitlement records. If you can't access the app, email support@thecreatorvocab.app from your account email and we'll delete it for you.
💳 Purchases & TCV Pro
TCV Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription, or a one‑time lifetime purchase. All purchases are processed securely by Apple through the App Store — we never see your card details.
If you were charged but Pro didn't unlock, first try Restore Purchases (below). If that doesn't work, email us with the date of purchase and we'll sort it out.
🔄 Restore purchases
Reinstalled the app or switched devices? Restore your Pro access:
- Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
- Open the app and go to the TCV Pro / paywall screen.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
Your Pro entitlement will reactivate automatically. Still stuck? Email support and we'll help.
🧾 Manage or cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside the app:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Select The Creator Vocabulary to change your plan or cancel.
You can also open Apple's subscription page directly. Cancelling stops future renewals; your current period stays active until it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
🔑 Account & sign‑in

💬 General support & feedback
Found a bug, spotted a wrong definition, or want us to add a term? We'd genuinely like to hear it — missing terms are exactly what we add next. Email us with as much detail as you can and we'll take a look.
